Chef Aisha Mohammed Gambo
affectionately known as Chef AMG — is a passionate culinary creative, registered nurse, and spirited entrepreneur. Born and raised in Kaduna with proud roots from Tsafe LGA, Zamfara State, she brings tradition, heart, and innovation into every meal.
She began her academic journey in Kaduna, continuing her education at Maryam Abacha American University, where she developed a strong foundation in care and discipline — qualities that deeply influence her work in the kitchen.
Today, Chef AMG is not just a chef; she’s a brand. A vibrant force on a mission to redefine food experiences through her growing family of food ventures including Flavored & Colored, SweetTooths by F&C, Meal Perfection by F&C, La Bella Tavola, and FoodZone.
